Efficient Space Utilization
• Multi-Layer Design:
Typically designed with 6 or more layers. For example, the newly developed 12-layer intelligent cage farming equipment significantly increases the number of chickens per unit area, producing more than 6 times the yield per square meter compared to traditional A-type cages.
• Land-Saving:
Cage farming saves approximately 50% of land compared to free-range farming. Centralized management reduces energy and resource consumption, lowers costs, and decreases the risk of disease.
Durable Materials and Structure
• High-Quality Materials:
Cage meshes are made of Q235 steel rods, processed with hot-dip galvanization for high elasticity, resistance to deformation, and corrosion resistance, ensuring a lifespan of over 20 years. The cage frame is constructed using 275g hot-dip galvanized plates and formed in one step using fully automated rolling equipment, protecting the galvanized layer and extending its lifespan.
High Degree of Automation
• Manure Cleaning System:
For instance, the cleaning system features a unique five-blade manure scraper design and precision manure collection boards to prevent manure from falling into feed troughs, avoiding contamination and keeping the poultry house clean and hygienic.
• Egg Collection System:
Automated egg collection systems and central egg collection lines replace manual labor, reducing workload and improving efficiency. It integrates optimal incline angles in its cage systems to reduce the risk of eggshell breakage.
• Feeding System:
The integrated feed cart design prevents dust and moisture entry. Each layer includes an observation window, while the feed cart is equipped with special brushes to clean troughs, and the feeding rail features chicken-guiding sticks to prevent injuries.
Human-Centered Design
• Unique Cage Doors:
New designs, such as spring-loaded doors, effectively prevent chickens from wasting feed by moving their heads excessively while eating.
• Ease of Operation:
Some H-type chicken cages include improved structures for easier feed handling, such as sliding feeding rods and feed buckets, reducing labor difficulties for workers.
Wide Applicability
• Customizable Dimensions:
Product dimensions, specifications, and layers can be adjusted according to the size of the farm and the type of poultry, making them suitable for large-scale broiler or duck farms, as well as for layer farming.
